Happy Election Day IL Voters.
In light of the semi quarantine we are under in the state of IL due to the impact of the Coronavirus, I must say that I am still encouraged and hopeful because our community’s efforts to GET OUT THE VOTE.
This has been a trying time and so many organizations have been working over- time to make sure voters are informed of polling location changes and have the information they need to vote for champions of justice.
We at Action Now are currently doing all we can to engage voters in an effort to win IL for Bernie Sanders and elect more co-champions of justice like State's Attorney Kim Foxx, Kina Collins for Congressional District 7 and Daniel Epstein for IL Supreme Court.
We still want to encourage voters to be mindful of lines and only come to a polling location that has 10 people or less.
Let's show our strength IL while supporting each other through this time.

To the family and community of and Action Now
We wish you all health, wellness, and peace at this moment in our nation's history where we are managing our lives through the COVID-19 pandemic. We understand the stress and many questions that have arisen since the onset of this virus and want to encourage all of you to remain hopeful that not only will this pass but we will come out stronger and our government will finally understand the very real needs of the American people.
Action Now has suspended our physical community organizing which includes door to door canvassing and holding meetings/forums to keep our elected officials accountable to the needs of Chicagoans. We made this decision in order to make sure we are doing our part in keeping the virus from spreading to so many of you that mean the world to us. Since suspending our usual operations, we are going digital and hosting conversations about Census, Fair Tax, and COVID-19 updates on our social media platforms.
We invite all of you to stay connected to our Action Now Facebook Page and engage with us as we keep our elected officials accountable to the needs of the people during this pandemic and as we continue to educate on top issues in IL.
We will continue to stay in contact and make contact with our members on a regular basis over the next few weeks and find creative ways to involve your voices in these important conversations.
Please stay safe and healthy during this time.
We look forward to continuing our dynamic organizing work with all of you.
